About us:

Jawahar Knowledge Center is an initiative by the Government of Andhra Pradesh to train the students in Degree Colleges on Communication Skills, Soft Skills and analytical Skills and to prepare them to compete for the jobs in the industry. The first JKC was launched in December 2004 by the Hon'ble Chief Minister Dr Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy. Presently about 300 Degree Colleges throughout Andhra Pradesh have registered for JKCs and more than 25000 students are undergoing JKC Training. So far placements were provided for about 2000 students in the last 3 years through this programme.

                   A part from providing job opportunities to JKC Registered students, IEG will also undertake special Recruitment Drives for the candidates who have completed their degree and seeking employment. Such drives will be conducted during September - October 2008.
