In order to overcome these hurdles, Government of Andhra Pradesh  through IEG has initiated a program called’ Special Training Program’ to train the graduates belonging to  socially challenged community according to the Industry Standards, to make them successfully, align with Industry needs and Norms as laid by Major IT companies of the world.

These programs have successfully allowed the ST graduates to Evolve, Enable, Empower, and Emerge and be placed in the Global IT sector without job quota.

This is first initiative of its kind in the country evolved by the state of Andhra Pradesh, wherein SC & ST graduates are guided to achieve great heights in the private sector.

With declining opportunities in PSUs and quasi-Government Organizations, IEG has initiated facilitating such EMPOWERMENT discourse to enable SC & ST graduates to compete in private Sector globally.
